About me

Andrés Comba is an engineer with over 10 years of international experience at the intersection of consulting, innovation, and sustainability. Throughout his career, he has led and contributed to more than 25 projects, conducting market analyses, techno-economic studies, and regulatory assessments across a wide range of sectors, while also supporting the generation and attraction of investments in green technologies.

His clients range from startups and multinational corporations to EU institutions and governmental agencies, supporting initiatives in climate change, circular economy, and bioeconomy. Andrés brings broad and in-depth expertise across sectors such as agriculture, biofuels, biochemicals & biomaterials, carbon dioxide removal technologies, and food, among others. He has helped organizations design business strategies and develop sustainable solutions.

He is well networked across Europe and the Americas, and he is fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Among other activities, he has contributed to the set-up of projects funded by European and national institutions, the drafting of funding calls for proposals, and bioeconomy strategies at regional scales.
